Overthinking.
I’ve been a victim of such a habit. You just can’t stop it. It’s there. Reading between lines, trying to look for hidden prints, decoding codes… Stop. You shouldn’t. I shouldn’t. It doesn’t really help. If any, it worsens the situation. So just let it go. Even for just a day. And smile. You only live once. You don’t wanna spend it overthinking.
